67-Spring Hinge 067-Blank/Springless Hinge |
Made for
application hinge stile at right angle to partition; for either right or left
hand door, opening in or out. Spring Hinges may be used in "pairs" or in "sets"
(one spring hinge and one blank hinge to each door.) Blank Hinges are also used
in pairs for pipe-space access doors and similar purposes. Self opening
springs, to hold door open, will be supplied, unless self-closing is specified
(Self-closing required for outswinging doors). Outside diameter of barrel 7/8";
clamp flange is adjustable for 1-1/8" to 1-3/4" thickness stile, minimum
thickness of flanges 0.09". Fastenings included are 1/4"-20 brass threaded rod
of suitable length with hexagonal rounded closed cap nut on each end for stile
clamp and flat head screws for door flange. All hardware can be supplied with cap nuts (GX126) or Spanner Nuts (GV128). |

Operated
by weight of door acting on cam in contact with a ball bearing roller which is
attached to the pintle. Pintle may be adjusted to close door or hold open at
any desired angle. Operated either double-acting or single-acting, swinging in
or out, right or left hand. Housing 2" diameter, stile clamps 2-1/2" in length.
The clamps are adjustable for attachment to stiles 1-1/8" to 1-3/8" in
thickness. Specify whether the hinges are on the right or left hand side of the opening when entering the stall. |
